What is the mask made of?

100% Quilters Choice cotton. Designed and professionally manufactured in Toronto. 

What are the dimensions of the masks?

Adult Masks:  L 9” x W5.5”, Elastic Loop: 5.5" long 1/4" wide

Kids Masks:   L 8” x W4.5”, Elastic Loop  4.5" long 1/8" wide

Will these masks fit me?

Everyone is different. We like to say that our masks are one-size fits most. Masks are meant to fit snug but we use a soft braided elastic to keep them easy on the ears.

Who is the mask for?

You. Also your family. Your neighbour. Your elderly parents. Anyone who wants to help keep our communites safe from spreading the Covid-19 virus. The Federal Government is encouraging everyone to wear a mask whenever you must venture outside of your home. 

Is it reusable?

Yes! Masks should be washed after every use.

What type of filters can we use?

We sell re-usable washable Polypropylene filters in packs of 10. They are non woven and upgrade the effectiveness of your masks. Or you can use dried baby wipes and other household items such as coffee filters and dryer sheets.

Can I share my mask?

NO! In this case sharing is not caring. 

How do I wash my mask and filters? 

The masks and filters can easily be put in the washer and dryer. If you have a mesh bag to put them in then all the better. And if you are so inclined they can also be hand washed and hung to dry. 

How many masks should I have?

We recommend one to wear and one to wash. But if you are sufficiently diligent...one will do.

Can I return the mask or the filters?

To ensure our communities stay safe we cannot accept returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final.

When will I receive my order?

Our aim is to support communities as quickly as possible with the goal of fulfilling and shipping your order within 24-48 hrs. Once Canada Post has received it their estimates are 1-7 business days to deliver. However, due to Covid-19 there could be delays as Canada Post has suspended its Expedited Post guarantee. You will receive an email as soon as it has shipped.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

Canada Post has been experiencing many delays. While the majority of your orders are delivered on time, there are some that get stuck in transit, delivered to the wrong address or outright lost. Please email us at customersupport@communitymasks.ca if this happens and we will try our best to resolve all these issues as quickly as we can.

Why haven't you responded to my email?

We are trying our absolute best to respond to every email we get as soon as humanly possible. We are a small company that has experienced huge demand for our product. Along with this amazing response comes inevitable issues. We are working hard to be always improving our customer service and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Can I add a corporate logo to the mask?

Can I buy more than 100 masks at a time?

Please contact us for bulk orders of 101 or more. sales@communitymasks.ca

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have now opened up our masks to residents of the USA and Europe.
